ACHIEVING YOUR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL

Below are the Terms and Conditions at Connect Sports Consultants UK:

1) There is a new booking procedure which gives a lot more information to not only our company, but also to yourselves aswell. Don't worry, it is still an easy process to book yourselves onto our courses (please see our 'Booking a Course' section).

2) Our British Gymnastics Teacher Trampolining Courses have taken a new stance since the 2009/10 academic year. There are now 2 days to a Level 1 Course and 2 days to a Level 2 Course. Each Level carries it's own Accreditation and the Level 2 Course can be completed in a different academic year.

3) You must complete both Levels of the British Gymnastics Teacher Gymnastics Courses in the same academic year.

4) When booking on a course Connect Sports Consultants UK will now send you an email confirming that you have reserved a place on the course. It will still apply that 7-10 days before the course is due to commence you will also receive an email regarding confirmation of the course and the information regarding the course (ie. venue, times etc.). The exception to this would be if any progressive levels are run in close proximity, to which candidates may be informed of any developments closer to the time.

5) Connect Sports Consultants UK still has the right to cancel or reschedule our courses in the  7-10 days leading up to the course also. There are certain times where a course will have a number of attendees bordering on the course running or being cancelled. In these cases there may be an email sent out closer to the course scheduled date.

6) If you have not received any information about a course that you have booked please contact us at Connect Sports Consultants UK. We have had several problems in the past where emails have not reached the attendee and we have been contacted the day before the course is due to take place when the course has already been cancelled, to which the school has then wasted money on supply teachers. We will not be held responsible for these situations as there are many ways to contact us.

7) Any Connect Sports Consultants UK Course/Workshop that has taken place from 01/12/08 onwards will have a standard 28 days to make the payment 'from when the course/workshop took place'. If this is not adhered to then Connect Sports Consultants reserves the right to charge Statutory Interest at 8% above the Bank of England Base Rate on the overdue balances for the period from the date on which payment became due until the date on which the payment is made including any period after the date of any judgement or decree against the Customer.

8) 'Connect Sports Consultants UK' is a trading name (the Limited Company name being 'Managerial Ltd.'). The reason why this has been done is so that the many thousands of Primary/Secondary schools, Universities/Colleges and companies that used the well established and good reputation of the previous company 'Connect Sports Consultants Ltd.' will recognise the new company name. Here at 'Connect Sports Consultants UK' we do not accept any responsibility for any debts/credits that 'Connect Sports Consultants Ltd.' may have had. WE ARE TWO SEPERATE COMPANIES to which the now Connect Sports Consultants UK run the same courses that Connect Sports Consultants Ltd. used to run.

9) Connect Sports will not accept any excuses for the non-arrival of an attendee  to any of our Courses. We have taken this stance because of the many disputes and arguements that have occured over the years resulting in an array of outcomes which we believe is of an unprofessional manor due to us not knowing of the real truth.
